Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), ebuds uygulamasını ve ebuds.tr hizmetini (“Hizmet”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Hizmeti kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersiniz.

1. Hizmetin tanımı

ebuds, farklı dilleri konuşan kişilerin gerçek zamanlı sesli çeviri ile birebir görüşmesini sağlar. Çeviriler otomatik üretilir ve hatalar içerebilir; kritik, hukuki veya tıbbi durumlarda tek başına güvenilmemelidir.

2. Uygunluk ve hesap

Hizmeti kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız.
Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve güvenliğinden sorumlusunuz.

3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti yasa dışı, taciz edici veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal edici biçimde kullanmamak.
Hizmete zarar vermemek, tersine mühendislik veya yetkisiz erişim denememek.
Karşı tarafın rızası olmadan görüşmeleri yasaya aykırı biçimde kaydetmemek/paylaşmamak.

4. Abonelikler

Bazı özellikler ücretli abonelik gerektirebilir. Mağaza içi satın almalar ilgili mağazanın (App Store / Google Play) kurallarına tabidir.

5. Fikri mülkiyet

ebuds markası, yazılımı ve içerikleri bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Size sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım lisansı verilir.

6. Sorumluluğun sınırlanması

Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; çeviri hatalarından, kesintilerden veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

7. Fesih

Koşulları ihlal halinde erişiminizi sonlandırabiliriz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

9. Apple App Store (iOS)

iOS sürümünde Apple’ın standart EULA’sı geçerlidir; Apple sözleşmenin tarafı değildir, uygulamadan sorumlu değildir ve bu Koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ebuds app and the ebuds.tr service (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

ebuds enables one-to-one calls with real-time voice translation between people who speak different languages. Translations are generated automatically and may contain errors; do not rely on them alone in critical, legal or medical situations.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully, abusively, or to violate others’ rights.
Do not harm the Service, reverse-engineer it, or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not record/share calls unlawfully or without the other party’s consent.

4. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. In-app purchases are subject to the rules of the relevant store (App Store / Google Play).

5. Intellectual property

The ebuds brand, software and content belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for translation errors, interruptions or indirect damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate access if you breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.

9. Apple App Store (iOS)

For the iOS version, Apple’s standard EULA applies; Apple is not a party to and is not responsible for the app, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
